Mr. Shen Xiaoguang

Biography

 Mr. Shen Xiaoguang serves as Assistant to President and the General Manager of the Investment Management Department of the Company. Mr. Shen participates in business development and management as well as mergers and acquisitions for medical and healthcare projects of the Group. Mr. Shen graduated from the Heilongjiang College of Business with a Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical manufacturing, and also holds an MBA degree from the Business School of Central University of Finance and Economics. He has 18 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product R&D and manufacture, and management and operations of medical projects. Mr. Shen joined the Group in February, 2003.

Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the medicine products business. The Company operates through three business segments.
