Biography
Mr. LI Bin was appointed as Vice President of Sinochem Group in September, 2007. Mr. LI previously took positions as Deputy Director, Director, Director & Secretary of CPC Committee of Shenyang Institution of Chemistry Reserch. Mr. LI graduated from Dalian University of Technology, majoring in Chemical Engineering.
