 Mr. Liu Yong has been Chief Engineer in Anhui Guotong Hi-Tech Pipes Industry Co. since January 30, 2008. He used to be Deputy General Manager, Chief Engineer and Director in an Anhui-based plastic company, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer in an Anui-based building material company, Deputy General Manager and General Manager in Anhui Guofeng IMP. & EXP. CO., Ltd., Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer in another Anhui-based company and Executive Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer in a Ningbo-based chemical building material company and Representative of Security Affairs and Secratary of the Board in the Company.
