Biography
Wen DongFen Chief Financial Officer, Party Leadership Group Member Born in September 1964, Ms. Wen Dongfen is a senior accountant (professor equivalent). Ms. Wen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Department of Commercial Enterprise Management of Shanxi University of Finance & Economics. In December 2001, she was appointed Deputy Director of Finance & Planning Department of China Petrochemical Corporation. In May 2008, she was appointed Deputy Director of Finance Department of China Petrochemical Corporation. In March 2009, she became Director of Finance Department of China Petrochemical Corporation. From May 2012 to December 2015, she also served as Chairperson of Sinopec Century Bright Capital Investment Limited and Vice Chairperson of Sinopec Finance Company Limited. In December 2015, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Sinopec Corp. and Director of Finance Department of Sinopec Corp. Since July 2016, Ms. Wen has served as Chief Financial Officer and Party Leadership Group Member of CNOOC.
