Mr. Ye Zhi Jun

Biography

Mr. Ye Zhi Jun, Managing Director of Sinopec Kantons Holdings Limited. Mr. Ye graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of Zhejiang University in July 1988, and received Master of Business Administration from Jinan University in December 2001. He has professional qualification of engineer. He worked in Sinopec Guangzhou Petroleum and Chemical Plant after graduation. He was Deputy Officer, Officer of Marketing Department of Guangzhou Yinzhu Polypropylene Ltd of Guangzhou Petroleum and Chemical Plant from June 1995 to July 1997; and Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Yinzhu Polypropylene Ltd of Guangzhou Petroleum and Chemical Plant from July 1997 to September 1999; and Deputy Manager of Sales Centre of Sinopec Guangzhou Company from September 1999 to December 2001. Mr. Ye has been the Managing Director of Sinopec Kantons Holdings Limited since January 2002.

Sinopec Kantons Holdings Limited (“Kantons Holdings”) was established in Bermuda in March 1998 and was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 25 June,1999 (Stock Code: 00934). Currently, the total issued share capital of Kantons Holdings is 2,486.16 million shares of which 1,500 million shares are held by Sinopec Kantons International Limited, representing 60.34% and 986.16 million shares are public float, representing 39.66%. The entire share capital of Sinopec Kantons International Limited is held by China International United Petroleum & Chemical Co.Ltd.(Unipec), a wholly owned subsidiary of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (“Sinopec”). Sinopec Kantons Holdings Limited is a storage, logistics and trading company with two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Sinomart KTS Development Limited and Kantons International Investment Limited. The company’s principal activities are: operation of crude oil loading and unloading, storage and transportation facilities, LNG shipping and oil & petrochemical trading.
