Zhenglin Mo

Biography

Mo Zhenglin, 51, is Chief Accountant of the Chemical Division of Sinopec Corp. and Director of Shanghai Secco. Mr. Mo began his career in August 1986 and has held various positions, including Deputy Director of the Finance Department and Head of the Accounting Department, as well as Chief Accountant and Director of the Finance Department of the Refinery Division of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Corporation (now known as Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Company); and Deputy Chief Accountant of Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Company and Chief Accountant of the Refinery Division. He served as Director of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company Limited and Chief Accountant of Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Company from April 2002 to August 2008. Mr. Mo has been Chief Accountant of the Chemical Division of Sinopec Corp. since August 2008, and Director of Shanghai Secco Petrochemical Company since November 2008. In June 2014, he was appointed the Director of the Company. Mr. Mo obtained a bachelor's degree in Management from Zhongnan University of Economics in 1986, majoring in Finance and Accounting.
