Gu Chen working as a Associate Professor in School of Food Science and Engineering at South China University of Technology, China. She has done her Ph.D. in Biology, from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Hong Kong), 2004.
Research Interest
Molecular biology of cyanobacteria, Cell-based high throughput screening, Diet and Cancer, Functional foods and chronic disease risks, Anticancer and Antiviral compounds in natural products and herbal remedies.
