Biography
Jufang Wang is a Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, School of Bioscience and Bioengineering at South China University of Technology (SCUT), China. He has done his PhD degree in fermentation (Sept 1997------June 2000) .He has worked as Associate professor in the Department of Biotechnology, School of Bioscience and Bioengineering, South China University of Technology (SCUT) from March, 2004--- November, 2009 and worked as Lecturer in the Department of Bioengineering, School of Food and Bioengineering, South China University of Technology (SCUT) from July 2000------ Feb 2004.
