Junru Qi working as a Professor (2015- present) in School of Food Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology (SCUT), Guangzhou. Junru Qi worked as Associate professor ( 2009 -2015) in College of Light Industry and Food Sciences, South China University of Technology (SCUT), Guangzhou and worked as Lecturer (2004-2009) in College of Light Industry and Food Sciences, South China University of Technology (SCUT), Guangzhou.
Research Interest
Protein (especially soy protein) modification,physicochemical and functional properties. - Intensive processing of agriculture products - Polysaccharide structure,modification and bioactivity.
