Lixin LUO is a Professor in the School of Bioscience and Bioengineering at South China University of Technology (SCUT), China. He has done his Ph.D. degree in Fermentation engineering from South China University of Technology (1993/09-1996/06).
Research Interest
Industrial microbiology, Food fermentation and brewing, Molecular microbial ecology.
