Biography
Ming-Jun Zhu is a Professor in the School of Bioscience and Bioengineering at the South China University of Technology,China. He worked as Lecturer in College of Food and Biological Engineering at South China University of Technology (2001.9—2004.8).He has done his Doctor’ s degree in Fermentation Engineering from South China University of Technology.
Research Interest
Biological conversion of lignocelluloses, Bioenergy ,Production of valuable products by microorganisms, Recovery and utilization of industrial waste, Environmental biotechnology.
