Qunyu Gao working as a Professor (2008-Present),Carbohydrate Research Laboratory in School of Light Industry and Food Science, South China University of Technology. Qunyu Gao worked as (1993-2000) Lecturer, Carbohydrate Research Laboratory in School of Light Industry and Food Science, South China University of Technology and worked as (2001-2007 ) Associate Professor, Carbohydrate Research Laboratory, School of Light Industry and Food Science, South China University of Technology.
Research Interest
• Starch sugars and modified starches, • Physicochemical properties of minor crops (for example oat, bean et. al. contain health functional component) and their integrated value-added processing, • Starch digestion and Resistant starch, • Relationship between starch properties and structure.
