Zhaomei Wang working as a Associate Professor (2009- present)in School of Food Science and Engineering at South China University of Technology (SCUT), Guangzhou ,worked as a Visiting Scholar (2012.1-2013.1)in Department of Food Science at Rutgers the University of New Jersey, NJ, USA and worked as a Visiting Scholar (2008.1-2009.1)in Department of Applied Chemistry and Biological Technology at The Hongkong Polytechnic University.
Research Interest
Structural,modification and bioactivity of natural products.
