Biography
Bai Yong,Associate Professor, Department of Marine Science and Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology, China. He graduated from bachelor's degree, Harbin Institute of Ship Engineering in 1982. He received his Ph.D. from Hiroshima University, Japan in 1989. He has long been engaged in Ship and marine engineering and also published nearly 20 articles.
