Biography
Dr. Guo Chuanfei is currently Associate Professor of Materials Science and Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology. Selected the twelfth batch of "young people plan". 2016 joined the Southern University of Science and Technology. The main research areas for the flexible electronics, intelligent software robot, micro-nano processing, nano-material growth and performance. Has published more than 60 papers in academic journals such as Nature Communications, PNAS, LSA, JACS, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters and other academic journals. Apply for 18 patents, has been in the United States, Japan and other countries authorized 10 patents. Participate in the preparation of an English monograph. The research results on flexible transparent electrodes are widely reported in news media and technology publications such as "New York Times", "Xinhua Daily", "Science Daily", "Materials Today" and "Physics Today". Presided over and participated in the National Natural Science Foundation of key projects, Guangdong Province, "the introduction of innovative entrepreneurship team", Shenzhen basic research disciplines and other projects.
Research Interest
The main research group is based on the micro-nano-manufacturing of thin-film materials and related applications, including: 1. Ultra-stretched electronics and implantable electronics. Including the preparation of ultra-stretched transparent electrodes; the preparation and performance of stretchable optoelectronic devices, energy devices and electronic skins; the preparation of biocompatible flexible electrodes, and the implantable electronics and sensing devices. 2. Software intelligent robot. Including the design and manufacture of flexible smart sensors, software robot design and manufacturing, to achieve human / machine / environment friendly interaction. 3. Unconventional nanometer processing technology. Through the bionic technology, no template technology, strain-based nano-processing methods, the production of large area, low cost, high precision nano-structure, effectively reduce processing costs and improve processing efficiency. 4. Nano-structured films and their applications in the environment and energy. Through the design of nano-structure, the production of high efficiency energy materials and devices; through the design of the surface, making self-cleaning functional film.
