Biography
He Zhubing Associate Professor graduated from the City University of Hong Kong, now Associate Professor of Materials Science and Technology of Southern University of Science and Technology. Research direction: full spectrum solar power generation technology, efficient heterogeneous junction battery technology, spectral spectroscopy and concentrating technology, low temperature plasma technology and PECVD equipment research and development.
Research Interest
Solar full spectrum power generation technology: efficient photovoltaic cell materials and devices, solar spectroscopy and concentrating technology, the key thermal storage and heat transfer materials, heat and mass transfer, energy-based intelligent scheduling algorithm; Novel two-dimensional semiconductor materials and optoelectronic devices: black phosphorus, sulfur selenides of transition group and the like; Low temperature plasma technology: VHF-, DF-PECVD system development.
