Luo D. joined as Professor in Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology. He received bachelor's degree from College of Precision Instrument, Tianjin University of Electronic Science and Technology and Ph.D. from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
