Biography
Dr. Williams is responsible to DOE for the safety and operational performance of the contract, with more than 70 active subcontracts and 200-300 employees located in Morgantown, WV; Pittsburgh, PA; and Albany, OR. As Program Manager, champions the NETL safety culture and provides approval authority for new hires, promotions, job postings, employee recognition awards, quarterly revenue recognitions, patent disclosures, and cost invoicing. Established RES Senior Leadership and High Performance teams to continue to provide safe, high-quality support to NETL. As AECOM’s general officer, interfaces with the client, management, workforce, and labor unions to monitor contract safety and operations performance through weekly program manager narratives and DOE meetings, DOE Ops meetings, ORD Director meetings, and AECOM High Performance team meetings.
