He was a postdoctoral from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, postdoctoral in 20012. In July 2013 He was received Ph.D. in biology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2007 and Master of Biotechnology, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2003.
