Biography
Xu Jingping,Associate Professor, Department of Marine Science and Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology, China. He Bachelor's Bachelor of Shandong Ocean University (now China Ocean University) in 1984 and Master of Shandong Ocean University (now China Ocean University) in 1987. He received doctorate from University of Maryland, Virginia Institute of Oceania Virginia Institute of Marine Science, College of William and Mary in 1993. He has long been engaged sedimentary Dynamics and Its Application in Marine Environmental Monitoring, Coastal / Subsea Engineering Protection and Marine Geological Hazards Protection, Observational Techniques and Research on Dynamic Process and Material Transport of Ocean Bottom Boundary Layer and also published nearly 20 articles.
