Xu Zongxiang

Biography

Xu Zongxiang joined as Associate Professor in Department of Chemistry, University of Southern tenure, Shenzhen peacock planned high-level personnel B class. With 12 years of experience in the design and synthesis of organic / inorganic semiconductor materials and applications of optoelectronic devices, 50 articles ( SCI citation = 720, h-index = 15 ) have been published in the relevant international journals , and three US patents, one international patent. Now serves as the International Optoelectronics Association SPIE members, the international journal Nature magazine Scientific Reports editorial board. The research group is committed to the use of simple reaction synthesis π - conjugated small molecule organometallic functional molecular material, to achieve the material in different photoelectric semiconductor characteristics of the regulation. Development of new high-performance organic metal complexes with independent properties of optoelectronic materials, and focus on new materials in organic transistors, organic photovoltaic cells, organic light-emitting devices and perovskite solar cells in the application.

1. Organic / inorganic semiconductor material design synthesis, 2. Preparation and application of optoelectronic devices (field effect transistors, organic light emitting diodes, organic photovoltaic cells, perovskite solar cells, sensors).
