Biography
January 29, 1939 was born in Shanghai , the origin of Wuxi Shitang Bay steep bridge. October 1986 membership, graduate degree. He is currently a professor of Tianjin University, a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, director of the Chinese Optical Society, deputy director of the Laser Committee of the Chinese Optical Society, vice president of the Tianjin Laser Society, deputy director of the Institute of Modern Optical Instruments, Tianjin University, and the American Optical Society SPIE Member, Senior Researcher, Laser Center, University of Southern California. Is the seventh, eight, nine CPPCC National Committee members, the eighth member of the Central Committee of the people, the ninth, the tenth member of the Standing Committee of the People's Republic of China, Tianjin tenth session of the CPPCC Vice Chairman, the tenth session of the Tianjin Municipal Committee.
