Biography
In 1978, he was admitted to Wuhan Institute of Water Conservancy and Electric Power. He graduated from the University of China in 1982 and worked in the foundation and construction of the foundation of the China Hydroelectric Basic Engineering Company. In 1989, he went to the Southwest Jiaotong University to study the graduate of geotechnical engineering. Doctoral student. Won the national scientific and technological progress third prize, Ministry of hydropower science and technology progress prize two, the Ministry of Railways scientific and technological progress four prize.
