Biography
Huang Xiongjun, Ph.D., Associate Professor, from September 1978 to July 1982, studied at the Department of Civil Engineering, Zhejiang University, received a bachelor's degree from August 1982 to August 1987 in Sichuan Electric Power Design Institute. Month to March 1990 in Chongqing University School of Civil Engineering graduate, received a master's degree, from April 1990 to February 1992 in the Southwest Electric Power Design Institute, engineers, from March 1992 to November 1996 in the southwest traffic University of Civil Engineering Institute for doctoral students, received a doctorate, the same year to stay in school work so far.
