Biography
Pan Jia Ding, Master, Associate Professor. He graduated from Chongqing Institute of Civil Engineering in 1982 with a bachelor's degree in engineering. He received a master's degree in structural engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University in 1987 and stayed in the same year.
