Biography
Professor Chen is now working for the Department of International Business, Lingnan (University) College, Sun Yat-sen University. She is interested in Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance, for example, the function of the board of directors. She got the Best Paper Award of the 5th Corporate Governance Conference in 2009. Now she is chairing the 2010 National Social Science Fund project “Research on Reputation Mechanism of Chinese Independent Directors”, and participating other two National Natural Sciences Fund projects.
