Haiyan Hu

Biography

Haiyan Hu, Associate Professor in Pharmaceutics. She received MS degree in pharmaceutics from West China of Medical School in 1998. Then she worked as a research scientist at the department of pharmacy, Sun Yat-sen University from 1998 to 2003. She received PhD degree from Sichuan University in 2006. She worked in Huahai Pharm, Inc in US as a senior scientist in 2008. She is interested in targeted drug delivery systems. She has published more than 20 peer-reviewed papers. She has got funding supports from NSF, MOST and Guangdong provincial government. Dr Hu is an inventor of 8 authorized patents.
