Biography
Min Li, PhD, Associate Professor in Pharmacology & Toxicology. He obtained PhD degree in biology from Tsinghua University in 2007. He joined Dr. Xiaoming Yin’s lab in the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and Indiana University School of Medicine as a postdoctoral fellow in 2007-2011. He joined Sun Yat-sen University as an Associate Professor in 2012. His research interests are the mechanisms of canonical autophagy and non-canonical autophagy especially on drug discovery for autophagic modulator through HTS and HCS. He has established HTS system for Atg4 inhibitors and is trying to screen out more promising inhibitors which may be used for cancer therapy.
