Shiliang Huang

Biography

Shiliang Huang, Associate Professor in Medicinal Chemistry. He received BS degree and MS degree from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University in 1991 and 1995 respectively, and PhD degree from Sun Yat-sen University in 2006. He became a faculty member in School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Sun Yat-sen University in 1998. In 2010, he was awarded a scholarship by the State Scholarship Fund to study in the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom as a visiting scholar. His research interests cover medicinal chemistry, natural medicinal chemistry and bioorganic chemistry. Recently, he focuses on agents for anti-tumor and anti-Alzheimer diseases.
