Biography
Tianmiao Ou, Associate Professor in Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Biology. She received BS degree from China Pharmaceutical University in 2002 and PhD degree from Sun Yat-sen University in 2007, and became a faculty member of the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Sun Yat-sen University since then. Dr. Ou’s research interests focus on small molecular gene regulators, and diseases characterized by aberrant expression of certain genes (e.g. various cancers). Dr. Ou has more than 30 publications and several patents in this field, and received a number of awards, such as the Award of Natural Sciences in Guangdong Province.
