Biography
Dr Wang started his medical education at Zhong Shan School of medicine Sun Yat-Sen University at 2000.He got his M.D at 2005. Then he pursued his Ph.D at Yong-Yuan Guan’ lab Zhong Shan School of medicine Sun Yat-Sen University, where he studied functional roles of ClC-3 chloride channels in hypertensive cerebrovascular remodeling and stroke. He worked as a lecturer at Faculty of Forensic medicine Zhong Shan School of medicine Sun Yat-Sen University when he completed his Ph.D training at 2010. He is also a forensic expert at Center for Medicolegal Expertise of Sun Yat-Sen University. He works mainly in Forensic Biology.
Research Interest
His current research interests include genetic screening and functional study of ion channels in pathophysiology of cardiovascular diseases, and novel technology and methods in forensic genetic practice.
