Biography
Yuehua Xu, Assitant Professor in Lingnan College, Sun Yat-sen University. PHD in Management, graduated in December 2012 from Chinese University of Hong Kong. Jointed Lingnan in January 2013 as a talent in Hundred-Talen Program. Major research areas include corporate misconduct, corporate turnaround, and strategic management. Has published on top tier journals like Organization Science, and one research paper published in The Oxford Handbook of Corporate Governance. Serves as a reviewer on journals like Asia Pacific Journal of Management. Hosts and participates in several projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China.
