Cathy Yen

Biography

Ms. Cathy Yen is currently Chairman of Sundia, a leading pre-clinical CRO. Prior to joining Sundia, Ms. Yen had a distinguished career as a successful venture capitalist in Greater China, having led numerous investments and subsequent exits in high-growth companies in the healthcare, semiconductor, media and consumer products sectors. Ms. Yen was responsible for monitoring the strategy and operational performance of her portfolio companies and providing direct assistance in the oversight of large investments. She brings over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, strategic planning and venture capital. Ms. Yen received her Bachelor’s degree and MBA from National Taiwan University.
