Perky Huang, M.b.a.

Biography

 Mr. Perky Huang joined Synermore in Mar 2015 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing in over twenty years of experience in financial management and business administration from China and Taiwan public companies. He has extensive knowledge and experience in banking, finance, accounting, internal controls, auditing and managerial skills. While working with Guangzhou Anglee Beauty Group Co., Ltd and Generonbiomed Corporation, he served as Executive Secretary of the Board of Directors, playing a key role in IPO activities, including critical competitiveness and financial position evaluation of the companies and working with venture capitalists for the equity processing in China. Mr. Huang received his MBA degree from Nankai University, China and B.A. degree in Accounting from National Taipei University.
