Biography
Amy Rosen is the Country Managing Director and General Counsel of Telstra in the US, responsible for legal and regulatory, as well as the local business operations in the country. Amy joined Telstra in 2003 as the US General Counsel and Head of Human Resources. Prior to joining Telstra, Amy worked for AT&T as a lawyer in its Business Servicers division. In her eight years at AT&T, she supported a variety of AT&T's data and Internet-related businesses and advised on acquisitions and divestitures, sales, procurement, software licensing and establishing joint venture arrangements. She started her career at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York, working primarily on mergers and acquisitions for media companies. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Law from Columbia University School of Law.
