Upendra Kohli

Biography

Upendra Kohli is the Country Managing Director for Telstra in India with responsibilities covering all Telstra’s business interests in the country, managing the strategic relationship with customers and suppliers, and overseeing Telstra’s partnership with key service providers. Upendra has more than two decades of Information and Communications Technology experience across Asia Pacific and the Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining Telstra in 2014, he was part of the Infosys leadership team in emerging markets where he played a key role in establishing the company’s operations in the Middle East and Africa and leading industry vertical teams including Energy, Utilities and Telecommunications. Before joining Infosys, Upendra also held senior sales and business development roles in a number of telecommunications and IT companies. Upendra holds a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering and Masters in Business Administration. He also has a Diploma of Company Directorship from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
