He is currently Professor in Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is very active in undertaking research works and the scope of his research interest is very broad.
Research Interest
His research interests are numerical flow modeling, water quality modeling, hydrological modeling, knowledge-based system development and knowledge management.
