Academic Degrees 1971: M.Sc. Degree on Electronics, Tashkent Electrotechnical Institute of Communication, Tashkent, Uzbekistan 1982: Ph.D. Degree on Physics of Semiconductors, A.F.Ioffe Physico-Technical Institute (St-Petersburg, Russia) 1994: D.Sc. Degree on Solid State Physics, Department of Heat Physics of Academy of Sciences Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Research Interest
Research Interests: (i) Electrophysical Properties of Organic Semiconductors, Conductors and Superconductors (ii) Solar Cells and Sensors on the Base of Organic Semiconductors and nano-composites. (iii) Material Processing at High Gravity Conditions (iv) Utilization of Renewable Energy Resources (Solar Energy, Hydropower, Production of Biogas, Wind power)
