Biography
Biographical Information 2008-2014: PhD degree; Nanjing University of Post and Telecommunication. 2012: Exchange student; Institute of Material Research and Engineering, Singapore (IMRE). 2015- : Post-Doc.; Nanjing Tech University. Academic Achievements Associate Prof. ZHAO Xinyan focuses on development of organic photovoltaic materials and devices. She developed numerical simulation methods to investigate the optical and electrical distribution, and thus optimize the structure of organic photovoltaic devices. She uses electrospray to fabricate the active layer of organic solar cells and investigates the morphology, producing devices with power conversion efficiency similar to spin-coated devices. She has published a book and over 10 SCI papers.
Research Interest
Research Interests Physics, mechanism and process of organic/ organic-inorganic hybrid photovoltaic cell devices.
