Biography
Zach received his PhD from Hong Kong Baptist University. His research interests include e-commerce, social media, and virtual worlds. He has published in international journals such as Information & Management, Journal of the American Society for Information Science and Technology, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, and Journal of Marketing Analytics. Zach received the Best Paper Award at 2014 International Conference on e-CASE and e-Technology and was the PhD fellow of 2013 Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems Doctoral Consortium.
