Biography
Dr Jie Yu joined University of Nottingham Business School China in September 2010 . He has a BSc in Computer Science from Fudan University, and a PhD in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore. Prior to joining Nottingham University, he worked in the National University of Singapore as a teaching assistant in Information Systems (2007 – 2009). His research interests include knowledge management, healthcare information systems, and virtual communities. His research work has been presented in a number of international conferences (PACIS, AMCIS, EurOMA, SIGCHI) and research seminars. Some of his research work has appeared on top international journals (Journal of Management Information Systems, International Journal of Production Economics, IEEE transactions on Professional Communication).
