Biography
Maria is currently a Doctoral Researcher in Nottingham University Business School China. Her research is in the area of services marketing. She has been the graduate teaching assistant to various marketing modules within NUBS China since 2011.
Research Interest
Service marketing, specifically in customer relationship management, service recovery, E-WoM and customers’ aggressive behaviors in the service sector.
