Biography
Mr. Yanling Cao serves as Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Cao is primarily responsible for providing guidance on corporate strategy and governance to our Group. Mr. Cao joined our Group in May 2016 and was appointed as non-executive Director in May 2016. Mr. Cao has worked in the following companies: • Since March 2011, he has been serving as the managing director of Boyu Capital Advisory Company Limited, a company primarily engaged in private equity investment, and has been responsible for sourcing, evaluating and managing private equity transactions, with a particular focus in the healthcare industry. • From December 2007 to January 2011, he served as an investment professional of General Atlantic LLC, a company primarily engaged in private equity and venture capital investment, and was responsible for private equity and venture capital investment. Mr. Cao obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Middlebury College in the United States in June 2006.
