September 2001-March 2002: Visiting scholar at Centre de Recherche Paul Pascal-CNRS, 33600 PESSAC, Bordeaux, France. February 21-27, 2002: Visited the Institute of Materials Science, National Center of Science of Greece, Athens, Greece. 1994-1996: Postdoctoral at Chemical Engineering Department, Tianjin University, Tianjin, China. 1994: Obtained scientific PhD at Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dalian, China. 1986: Obtained M.Sc at Department of Chemistry, Nankai University, Tianjin, China. 1982: Obtained B.Sc at Department of Chemistry, Nankai University, Tianjin, China.
Research Interest
Preparation of nanomaterials by catalytic or physical-catalytic methods and studies on the mechanisms of reactions, Preparation and applications of aligned carbon nanotubes, CNTs/polymer composites, N-doped graphene and its nanocomposites, etc. and Studies on the problems of physical chemistry in the microelectronic devices.
