Biography
Jim joined TRC in 2003 as a Senior Vice President. Since 2009, he has been responsible for managing TRC’s national Energy Sector. The Energy Sector includes 35% of TRC businesses and is a large-scale Engineering, Project Management and Program Management organization. In addition to providing leadership and strategic development of the Sector, Jim is active in the development and performance of large EPC projects. Jim participates with members of the Executive Team to formulate and implement a strategy of profitable growth and Sustainability for TRC. Prior to joining TRC, Jim and four business partners started and developed a successful Engineering and Environmental Services company, providing services to the Electric Power industry in the Northeast region of the United States. This company was merged with TRC in 2003 and -- along with a strong national Energy Efficiency practice -- has grown into what is today TRC’s Energy Sector.
