Biography
Tom is responsible for financial and operational leadership to strengthen the Company’s financial position, limit risk and improve project execution. In addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer, Tom also serves as TRC’s Chief Risk Officer, overseeing programs and implementing best practices, with respect to risk management, that directly impact the strategic direction of the Company. In addition to our accounting, finance and infrastructure technology functions, the corporate safety and quality functions report to Tom.
