Mr. Pak Wai Keung Martin

Biography

Mr. Pak, aged 53, has been company secretary of the China Kingstone Mining Holdings Limited (the “CK”), a company listed on the Stock Exchange (stock code: 1380) since 1 June 2013. Prior to joining the CK, Mr. Pak had held positions of chief financial officer and company secretary at various listed companies in Hong Kong, and has accumulated over 25 years of experience in finance and corporate governance affairs. Mr. Pak is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom and The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. Mr. Pak is an independent non-executive director of Tai Yang Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 1991), a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange.
