Dr. Donghong is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, Tsinghu University , China. His research interests includes Strategy and Organizational Change for Firm's Sustained Growth, Strategic Alliances and International Business. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Donghong is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
