Biography
Dr. Guoquan is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Department of Leadership and Organization Management, Tsinghu University , China. His research interests includes organizational learning, learning organization, team learning, learning team, individual learning, learning leader, leadership, team management and so on, and has developed related concepts, models, methods, assessment tools and implementation systems. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Guoquan is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to organizational learning, learning organization, team learning, learning team, individual learning, learning leader, leadership, team management and so on, and has developed related concepts, models, methods, assessment tools and implementation systems.
