Biography

Dr. Jiang is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Department of Leadership and Organization Management, Tsinghu University , China. His research interests includes Chinese business legal environment (including labor relationships), government-merchant relationship and business history, business ethics and corporate social responsibility. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Jiang is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Chinese business legal environment (including labor relationships), government-merchant relationship and business history, business ethics and corporate social responsibility.
